My student took the assessments but aren't showing up

Problem

I know my student completed their assessment, but they do not show up in the Reports or User Management pages

Solution

The student has likely registered on Awato, but not in your specific system. This can occur if the student doesn't register via SSO, your email invite, or via your system's subdomain, but instead via the normal awato.io register form.

Please contact our support team at support@awato.co to move your student to the correct system.
