How Does the Inquiry Form Work?

What is the Career Embed Inquiry Form?
The Career Embed Inquiry Form is an extension of our Career Embed. It allows you to add an inquiry form to a career embed with the purpose of gathering information about prospective students.
When a student completes the form, their request for information will be viewable in Awato and the student will be invited to join Awato
What options do I have when creating one?
While building a Career Embed, you will see an option to "Enable Inquiry Form". Turning this option on will append an Inquiry Form to the Career Embed. This form will have the following default fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
An additional section, labeled "Optional Questions", will appear that allows you to configure additional options for the Inquiry Form. Currently, we provide the option to include the following additional fields:
- Program of Interest (optional)
If you toggle the Program of Interest option on, you can identify which programs should be available for prospective students to select. Leaving this blank will display all available programs.
Where can I view new inquiries?
When a student completes a new inquiry, they can be viewed on the New Users table in Awato.
Additionally, in the "Email Alerts" panel of Program Settings, you can set an email that will be alerted every time a new inquiry is submitted. This email will contain all information provided in the inquiry.
