Section Summary

The Document Tracking table can be used to share and review user documents, email or bulk email users, and export user data. 

There are 4 main sections of the Document Tracking table

Searching and Filtering

Searching

The Document Tracking table can be searched by using the search bar to conduct a keyword search. The table can also be filtered. Filter options can be accessed by clicking on the filter icon located directly to the right of the search bar. 

Filtering

Clicking on the filter icon will activate the filtering options within the Document Tracking table. Filter options include filtering by Users Assigned to Me, Resume Status and Groups. 

Bulk Emails

Send a bulk email by first selecting the users you would like to email. Users can be selected by clicking on the checkbox located at the left of their table row. If you would like to select all of the visible users within the table click the checkbox located at the left of the table header.

After selecting the users you would like to email, click the Bulk Email button to write and send your email. This button is located at the top of the page, to the right of the Export this View button. 

Table Content

Each table row contains the user's name, email address, and the date they were last active. To view more information about a user you can click on a users table row. Clicking on a table row will open an expanded table content page with more information about the user and their documents. 

Expanded Table Content

If a user is selected from the table you will be able to view, share and review their documents. Resumes and cover letters are displayed in their own tables. Each table row includes the documents name, number of suggestions, status and the date it was last updated. Clicking on a documents table row will open the document, allowing you to share or review the document, make edits and leave suggestions.
